Design the Strength / Weight Training and Fat Loss / Cardiovascular program (depends on the clients target, anthropometric measurement, age, body type, etc...), knowledge of nutrition and diet, therapeutic (scoliosis, lordosis, cifosis , post-surgery rehabilitation), recreational or athletic fitness program (specific physical training for professional athletes).
