I am a competent Retail / Customer Service Supervisor at Qatar Airways with 14 years of experience in Retail, Sales, Buying, Training, Banking and Hospitality industry. 

I would like to inform you about my past experience of 2 years as a Buying assistant.
I have worked for a company called Louis Demar Watches Pvt ltd, a manufacturing firm for watches, parts and accessories in India, where as buying/procurement assistant, i have dealt with the aspects of Logistics/ Supply chain management & inventory maintanance. The job involved a lot of communication between different vendors and transporters, responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality. 

Moreover i have a Masters degree in Mass Communication and an Advance Diploma in Computers with a certification of 3 modules in MS Excel, well versed with other computer programs like Dynamic AX, Oracle Opera, ERP, Customer Relationship Management softwares. Apart from this i also have a good 6 years experience as a Restaurants Manager where i have dealt a lot with stock management, Cost control, Purchase orders, Quality checks etc. Before becoming the manager i was inventory supervisor and have acquired a good knowledge and experience in this field. 

I also have a 1.5 year experience working for TD Canada Trust bank as a Customer Support Officer. Experience in helping customers with their banking needs. 

Currently i am working as a Grooming & Customer Service Supervisor in Qatar Duty Free from past 6 years where i am in charge of both sales team and after sales team, responsible for stocking, merchandising and visual look and feel of the store. Our primary responsibility is to ensure 5 star Customer Service and achieve our sales targets in given time. I am also responsible for the overall store & team performance. 

As a supervisor I also lend support to the QDF After Sales and service team in the back office with daily issues, complains, needs arising like product complains, invoice discripancy, general customer complains or feedback about the product or services offered by the sales team, warranty claims, product replacement and addressing product defects especially from electronics or boutiques (High end goods). I have thorough knowledge how after sales service team operates. I report to the Customer Service Manager on daily basis, through emails, verbally as well as through reports and PowerPoint presentations in our weekly and monthly meetings. 

Lastly i would like to say that i am person who is an extremely quick learner, i had
previously learned how to use point of sale and inventory systems, from scratch to expert user in just 4 weeks, and I’m sure this knowledge will enable me to quickly learn similar systems used by your company. 

I am someone who loves to quickly embrace new ideas and methods and can quickly adapt to new employment guidelines and procedures.
